Creating a Lean Culture Through Visualization, Standardization & Kaizen
September 24 @ 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Participants will learn how to apply lean management tools and processes to eliminate waste in a corporate workspace and will learn that lean management can be applied to areas outside manufacturing operations.

- Kaizen: Small incremental improvements that improve upon an existing standard
